Job Description:

The persons primary focus is to support the plans and objectives of reporting and analytics solutions for operational decision making for HR/People Analytics. In this role, the person works with stakeholders directly to develop visually appealing and KPI rich dashboards with insights by leveraging Tableau (BI Tool), SQL, R/Python etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and build tableau interactive dashboards that are simple, visually effective, yet showcase a powerful story using Tableau interactive charts and build a story for leadership
Understand the entire value streams across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D and derive insights across by connecting various sub groups
Contributing to the development of people strategy, people analytics value propositions and business cases for improvement/change
Involvement with designing machine learning solutions, undertaking
Work with stakeholders to understand the business problems and solve them by leveraging data
Work to fetch business requirements directly from business to design, code, test, and deploy solutions that meet or exceed business expectations.
Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, and or senior leaders.
Enable the movement of excel KPI reports to Tableau self serve dashboard with business insights and build predictive models
Generate ad hoc, canned reports, scheduled user reports and clarify business user queries.
Define, document, and promote best practices for dimensional modeling, report design and data visualization.
Excellent technical documentation skills.
Research and find technical solutions via technical community collaboration.
Communicate with business owners to develop and define key business questions and to build specification for the data sets that answer those questions.
Projects will include design, deployment, and on-going enhancements request.
Diligently perform quality assurance and testing according to risk assessment guidelines to minimize operational, reputation, and legal risk.
