Job Description
This is a commissioned sales position as key Accounts Manager- for Channel Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The prime focus for the role is to drive their growth with their providers in India to deploy innovative IA-based solutions that deliver strong business results for the customer.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and evangelizing and winning them- spanning client, server, edge devices and IoT in targeted verticals by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on products and services from Intel.
  • Build deep relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts as well as new market segments across Client Computing, Data-Centre, IoT and Network Storage products.
  • Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of:
  1. Maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long term
  2. Increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
  3. Identify new growth markets for India, develop strategy and eco system for both short term and long term and deliver the sales objectives.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer.
  • Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
  • Develop a clear understanding of their business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.

  • Education: Electronics back ground is a must, engineering degree with MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Experience & Skills: 15 yrs or more channel experience with a successful track records
  • Solid understanding of India Channel Business.
  • Experience to manage cross functional teams and ability to influence both external/Internal stake holders.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude within team.
