Job Description

  • Should have more than 10 years of experience in Technical Facility Management for big Corporate organizations.
  • Installation, Operational and maintenance   Electrical  , Mechanical &   air conditioning   equipments.
  • Should be expertise in preventive maintenance programs 
  • Ensure energy conservation practices.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
  • Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out the same for site staff.
  • Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems.
  • Plan and manage the budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts.
  • Carry out Technical Audits for all installations at periodical intervals.
  • Team management
