- Should have experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle management both from process and employee experience perspective
- Should have experience in MIS Analytics and dashboards for Headcount, attrition, employee demographics and data driven insights
- Manage HRMS related activities and data maintenance along with implementation of new functionalities, enhancements and integrations
- Analysis and generating various HR reports - Headcount, Attrition, Employee etc.
- Monitor internal HR systems/process and automation
- Have experience in HR Tool
