Key skills : HR Operations, HRIS

  • Should have experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle management both from process and employee experience perspective
  • Should have experience in MIS Analytics and dashboards for Headcount, attrition, employee demographics and data driven insights
  • Manage HRMS related activities and data maintenance along with implementation of new functionalities, enhancements and integrations
  • Analysis and generating various HR reports - Headcount, Attrition, Employee etc.
  • Monitor internal HR systems/process and automation
  • Have experience in HR Tool
