Job Description

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience, such as in consulting, corporate strategy, finance or research/analytics (strategy experience at large financial/ consulting institutions
• Undergraduate degree (PMP, MBA and/or Finance designation is preferred)
• Ability to independently shape, produce, and deliver ideas, presentations, and documents tailored to executive level audiences
• Strong background in project chartering, scope development, and project management best practices
• Experience in consulting, strategy development, and/or strategy execution are assets
• Superior collaboration skills with the proven ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze data to develop insights and recommendations
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize to meet business objectives
• Ability to innovate and think creatively and take initiative when building, launching and managing projects/programs that drive results
• Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management
• Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches
• Proven ability to recognize challenges as opportunities to find practical and innovative solutions

• Work in close collaboration with the Director, Digital Enterprise and Strategic Initiatives to support the following:
• Development of strategy and direction for the Digital Enterprise finance function
• Leading and influencing Digital Enterprise finance strategy based on current IT trends
• Creating and managing business cases for digital and Digital Enterprise applications
• Defining strategy and process on digital and Digital Enterprise operating budget financial management
• Enhancing our ability to track and optimize DBTS spend, and embrace the Digital Enterprise way
• Initiatives focusing on optimizing existing tasks, process improvements, identifying and delivering upon strategic projects within Corporate and DBTS
• Identifying automation/efficiencies of our internal processes to focus on value-add activities
• Ownership of internal DBTS processes to approve projects; create a process to track and report on benefits
• Driving best practices, enforcing the highest standards
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required.
