  • Handle end to end Recruitments both for IT and Non IT.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle across PAN India
  • Working with business heads on the business leads, current and upcoming openings
  • Using traditional and innovative sourcing channels.
  • Building talent pipeline
  • Sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling of interviews
  • Employee Onboarding, engagement and joining
  • Salary negotiations as per the required budgets
  • Experience of doing benchmarking, knowledge of Dashboard & Recruitment Metrics
