Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have more than 3 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition(M&A)
- Expertise in post merger integration and managing key integration activities.
- Should have handled execution management of PMI playbooks across multiple phases.
- Ensure all PMO tracking systems are current and fully updated
- Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre and post-deal transactions.
- Proficient in communication plan for investors, employees, customers, suppliers
- Should have experience in the management and leadership on performance benchmarking of business plan vs actual audits
