Roles and Responsibilities


  • Should have more than 3 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition(M&A)
  • Expertise in post merger integration and managing key integration activities.
  • Should have handled execution management of PMI playbooks across multiple phases.
  • Ensure all PMO tracking systems are current and fully updated
  •  Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre and post-deal transactions.
  • Proficient in communication plan for investors, employees, customers, suppliers  
  • Should have experience in the management and leadership on performance benchmarking of business plan vs actual audits
