Exp - 2-5 years
- Own Employee referral channel & Internal Job Posting process for the organization.
- Launch Employee Referral campaigns and rollout Internal Job Postings for all positions qualifying for IJP rollout
- Partner with Hiring Managers, conduct interviews for internal candidates, liaise with various functions to share the final outcome for IJPs
- Adhere to Recruitment compliance guidelines and follow the process designed for Referral Management
- Work closely with Business Excellence team to automate the manual process of Internal Job Posting and Employee Referral
- Establish and maintain good professional relationships with all stakeholders
