Team Manager Quality Assurance

he Independent Assurance Services (IAS) Quality Assurance Team Manager is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance that our Work Dynamics Client Finance Services (IFM-Integrated Facilities Management and PDS-Project and Development Services) comply with SOCR, SOX Policies/Procedures.

Duties & responsibilities

• Perform an annual risk assessment of client accounts in scope for IAS program
• Train and delegate the staff to perform the IAS testing
• Oversee the review activities performed by staff including workpaper reviews to assess compliance with objectives and adequacy of procedures and documentation performed
• Manage the IAS process, ensuring key issues have been identified and addressed
• Conduct ongoing communications with Senior Leadership and business partners via findings, dashboards and other reports- communicating findings, framing issues providing recommendations
• Supervise a team of approximately 8-10 individuals
• Be proactive in keeping Manager informed of all activities

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce & accounting, C.A/C.A (Inter) or CPA a plus
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial governance required
• Minimum of 3 years of audit (internal or external) experience required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications with the ability to quickly learn our systems: JDE Edwards, experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact internally.
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
